For those already offering a scheme, there are six levels of Quality Mark- Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Organisations are given points for employee participation and this year there have been some exciting changes!
There is now more opportunity for you to increase your points total and level up your award! Extra points will now be awarded for organisations who pay the pay the administration charges, match donations, host events or run digital promotions. A Quality Mark certificate and logo will be issued to Organisations who achieve a Quality Mark to use on their company logo.
